Milan Andreev - biography

Since then has been an active member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists, taking part in all group exhibitions, representative or specialized, organized by the Union, as well as in all national exhibitions prior to and after 1989.

Manifestations abroad:
From 1975 to 1989 has taken part in a number of representative shows in Paris, Vienna, Rome, Copenhagen, Berlin, Budapest, Prague, the Biennials of Sculpture in Budapest in 1982 and Barcelona in 1986, the Triennial of Park Sculpture at the Botanical Gardens of Paris in 1995.
Since 1988 exhibits regularly in Paris. Exhibitions during the Festival of the Bastille in Paris in 1988, 1991,1993,Sal|e Pleyel - 1991, 1993.
1993 won a competition on the theme of "The Pain" and exhibited at La Villette.
1988 specialized and exhibited at the Cité des Arts, Paris.
1998 — Japan, lvace, Museum of the Stone.
There are works by him at the National Art Gallery, Sofia, the Sofia Municipal Art Gallery, the art galleries in Montana, Pleven, Dobrich, Plovdlv, Pazardjik, Smolyan, as well as in Germany (the Ludwig Collection), France (De Chatillon Collection),- Brussels, etc.

Awards:
1976 - Burgas, symposium, first prize;
1977 - Vratsa, portrait, second prize (first not awarded);
1979 - Diploma UNESCO at the symposium in Villany, Hungary;
1981 - the Bulgarian Sports Federation award on a sports theme;
1985 - "Looking Backacross the Centuries", Veliko Turnovo;
1986 - “Bulgarian Enlighteners", portrait, first prize;
Montana — third prize;
1988 - Pleven, first prize;
1993 - Grand Prix of the Ministry of Culture at the Salon d’Automne.
Has executed many monumental works throughout the country.
2000 - "Hon Cup", the prize for craftmanship givenfor the sculpture union.
